Terms of Use

These terms apply when you use HobbyShop.ai. By using the site you agree to them. If you don't agree, please don't use the site. We handle personal data as described in our Privacy Policy.

Shops and show hosts provide the information about their shops and shows, including addresses, hours, dates, prices and table availability. We show it as we receive it and can't guarantee that it's accurate or up to date. Before you travel, check with the shop or the show's host.

• A table is held for a few minutes while you pay. If you don't pay in that time, the hold ends and the table becomes available to others.
• You pay the show's host directly. The host sets the price and decides what you get with the table, and is responsible for the show.
• When your payment is confirmed, we show your reservation code and email it to you. A shop redeems the code in the HobbyScan app.
• If we can't give you the table after you pay, we refund your payment. Any other cancellation or refund is the host's decision.

Don't misuse the site. For example, don't interfere with how it works, scrape it in bulk, reserve tables you don't intend to use, or use it to break the law.

The site, its design and the HobbyShop and HobbyScan names and logos belong to HobbyScan LLC. Listings belong to the shops and hosts who provided them.

The site is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind. To the extent the law allows, HobbyScan LLC is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for anything a shop or show host does or fails to do. Our total liability for a table reservation is limited to the amount you paid for it.

We may update these terms. The effective date at the top of this page shows the current version. If you keep using the site after a change, you accept the updated terms.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming.
